All new users are eligible for a **15-days free trial** of 3rd Eye. During this period:

  • You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid billing
2 Paid Subscriptions
2.1 Billing Terms
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Payment methods are securely processed by third-party providers
2.2 Cancellations
  • You can cancel at any time via account settings
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations
3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following scenarios:

  • Service unavailable for 72+ hours due to system faults
  • Unresolved critical issues after support escalation

Refunds are NOT issued for:

4Enterprise Plan Refunds

  • Our team will review and respond within **3–5 business days**
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method
